Look at this 5 easy exercises that we are recommending:

Posture

Look ahead of you and sit upright. Try to “grow an inch” from the seat by leaning your shoulders backwards. Lift your head up so your spine is set right. Pull the chin back so that your ears are in line with your shoulders. Stay in this position for 30 seconds and don’t forget to breathe slowly!

Tummy strengthening

Tighten the abdominal muscles, pulling them back so that your stomach line moves towards the spine. Then tighten the upper abs and move the chest slightly toward the hips. Stay at least 10 seconds in that position, and then take a break for few seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.

Shaping

Flex the abdominal muscles while you move your hips, first right, then to the left, as much as you can without any exceeding amount of pain. Stay in this position for few seconds. Repeat at least 10 times for each side.

Pelvic muscle build up

Isolate your pelvic muscles without using the butt muscles, and pull in the muscles of the pelvic and the tummy at the same time.

Arm toner

Grip the seat or headrest in front of you at “9 and 3” (like clockwise) and try to push your hands toward each one for the several seconds. Then cross your hands and try to pull hands away from each other for several seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times or as much as it feels for you right.
