The 50th jubilee international film festival – FEST is held in Belgrade this year. Produced by CEBEF (Belgrade festival center), from 25th February to 6th March 2022 there will be more than 400 film projections in 12 movie theaters.
This year’s moto “New Brave World” is a rotation of words from the slogan used for the first held festival in 1971. Back then, the slogan was “New Brave World”.

421 movies are classified into 6 categories. 20 movies will participate in the competition for the “Beogradski pobednik” (Belgrade winner) award. The movies were made in USA, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Romania, Russia, Poland, Slovenia, Northern Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia.

Many appreciated authors will be presented at the festival – among others: Pedro Almodovar, Ursula Meier, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Dario Argento, Nani Moretti, Paul Schrader, Paolo Genovese, François Ozon, Paul Thomas Anderson, Damiano and Fabio D’Innocenzo, Gaspar Noé, Jacques Audiard, Kenneth Branagh and many others.
Tickets are available at the same prices as last year and will be between 300 – 500RSD. There is definitely no excuse to visit FEST.
